"The Studio" is a renovated warehouse which is an extension of the Johnson Center for the Arts campus used for exhibitions, education programming and facility rentals. 

The Studio may be rented by organizations, individuals or groups for private and public events. The raw space can easily be converted for a wedding reception, conference, meeting space or dinner program accommodating 190 guests. 

Rental Information: 

$500 - One-Day Rental Fee 
$250 - Portion of Rental Fee required to hold date (non-refundable) 
$250 - Remaining portion of Rental Fee 4-weeks in advance 
$150 - Refundable Damage & Key Deposit

Reservation Forms may be accessed at the link below.  Dates will be confirmed as reserved only  after the Johnson Center receives the completed reservation forms and non-refundable date reservation fee. 

If your date is open on the calendar, you are welcome to download and complete the forms below and email to arts@jcatroy.org, mailed or dropped off at the Johnson Center for the Arts (JCA)- 300 E Walnut Street. (Please remember to initial the items on pages 2 & 3.)
